About Catalina Pieri — Private Chef

Catalina is a private chef based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She cooks the way she eats — slowly, seasonally, and with a deep love for the ingredients of the island.

Her cooking sits somewhere between a Caribbean grandmother's kitchen and a quiet European bistro: roast chickens with crisp skin, herbs by the handful, citrus by the squeeze, and very little that wasn't picked up that morning.

She works closely with each client to design menus that fit how they actually live — the foods they crave, the diets they keep, the way their family gathers around the table. Every dish is built from scratch, every menu is a conversation.
